1. SQL Server Stored Procedure Creation
For every new Finpro database, our technical team write stored procedures in the SQL Server backend. These stored procedures pull the required transactional and master data from Finpro ERP.
2. Calling Stored Procedures from DLL
The stored procedures are executed from a custom DLL (middleware developed by us). The DLL connects to the SQL Server using server address and credentials.
3. Convert Data to JSON
After running the stored procedures, the DLL converts the extracted data into a structured JSON format.
4. Import JSON into Tally
The JSON output is imported into Tally where vouchers are created automatically with proper ledger mapping, taxation, and classification.
